Based on articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, we inform you that GRUPO INDUSTRIAL BACA SA de CV with address at Av e. Parque Industrial Baja Maq El Águila, Tijuana, Baja California, México, CP 22215, is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use that is given to them and their protection, for which GRUPO INDUSTRIAL BACA SA de CV , of your knowledge the privacy policy and handling of personal data that you use and in which at all times it is sought and will be sought that the treatment of the same is legitimate, controlled and informed, in order to ensure privacy, confidentiality, integrity and the right to informative self-determination of your data.
We inform you that GRUPO INDUSTRIAL BACA SA de CV, only obtains the personal data of its owners, either because there is a legal relationship with said owner or, there is the possibility of having said legal relationship, directly and personally, or , through electronic, optical, sound, visual means or by any other technology or other sources that are permitted by law, in order to prove the identification of the owner of said personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and provisions and with the sole purpose of being able to enter into the contract that, if applicable and by mutual agreement, is intended to be formalized, to maintain and safeguard the respective file and information.
Likewise, you are informed that your personal information will be used for the following purposes: to comply with obligations contracted with our workers, suppliers or clients, as the case may be; provide the information, services or products that you have requested and/or that you will request in the future; Communicate and/or notify you about changes related to our contractual relationship; develop studies or programs that are necessary to nominate you as a possible candidate for a contractual relationship with us or renew contracts with you; carry out periodic evaluations of the contracted services or products; evaluate the quality of the services and/or products contracted or to be contracted; collect information and any act tending to the needs of the owners and of GRUPO INDUSTRIAL BACA SA de CV

- Racial or ethnic origin

GRUPO INDUSTRIAL BACA SA de CV , will not share, without your prior consent, your personal data with third parties, national or foreign, outside the group of companies of GRUPO INDUSTRIAL BACA SA de CV , except in the following cases:

Likewise, we inform you that we have required that our suppliers, contractors or affiliates agree to use your personal data only for the purpose of carrying out the operations for which they were hired.
GRUPO INDUSTRIAL BACA SA de CV, has adopted the security, administrative, technical and physical measures necessary to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment. However, GRUPO INDUSTRIAL BACA SA de CV,cannot and therefore does not guarantee that there will be no unauthorized access to your personal data or that communications are free from any interruption, error or interception by unauthorized third parties.

- The documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the holder;
- The clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights (in the case of rectification, the modifications to be made must be indicated and the documentation that supports your request must be provided);
- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
GRUPO INDUSTRIAL BACA SA de CV, will respond to the request of its employees, suppliers or customers, within a period not exceeding 15 business days from the date on which it receives the corresponding request, in writing through the address or mail email that is provided for this purpose.
The exercise by users of the aforementioned rights must be subject to the applicable laws and regulations in force in Mexico.
You are hereby informed that, by providing any type of information, including your personal data, you expressly:
(i) Accept the conditions contained in this Privacy Notice;
